INSURANCE

PLEASE NOTE: We are only in-network with United Healthcare at this time. 

​

If your insurance offers out-of-network coverage for acupuncture, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. 

​

You can also use your HSA/FSA funds for acupuncture and often herbal medicine. 

​

PAYMENT

​

Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, or Venmo. 

​

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the session. This allows us to rebook that time slot for another patient. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount. Emergencies and severe illness are exempt from this policy.
